Oridion Systems Ltd. is a medical technology company consisting of two businesses, both based on the analysis of carbon dioxide in the exhaled breath, Capnography and Breath Testing.

Oridion had a successful IPO on the Swiss Stock Exchange in April 2000. During 2000 and part of 2001, the company rapidly expanded its organization and operations in line with its stated strategy of growing the Capnography business and investing in its new business, Breath Testing. Armed with the financial resources from the IPO, the Company completed the development of new products in its Capnography business, signed and implemented new OEM long-term agreements, conducted a clinical development and education program to reinforce the clinical value of the new products and developed a second business, Breath Testing, based on the identification of an attractive market opportunity and technology fit
