In this Acquisition transaction, DB represented AOD (Answers-on-Demand, a subsidiary company of Magic Software, NASDA: MGIC), in the acquisition of 100% of its shares to Fortissimo Capital.

AOD is a leading developer and marketer of a fully integrated financial, clinical and operational software application.  DB initiated the acquisition transaction.
